Browsing is just the beginning! Add your favourite arrangements to your cart, head to checkout, personalise your bouquet, write your gift message and choose a delivery date — all in one seamless flow.

Absolutely — and we highly recommend it! During checkout you can select any available date up to 30 days ahead. We suggest booking at least 48 hours in advance to guarantee your chosen blooms are at their very freshest.

For same day deliveries (applicable to Nairobi only), we will deliver your items within 2 to 3 hours after you have completed your order and payment. That means you have completed the order on our site and made a full payment for it including delivery fees.

Our receipts are sent via email once payment for your order has been completed. Upon request, we can deliver a physical copy to you.

We deliver Monday through Saturday, from am to pm. For same-day delivery, orders must be placed before 12pm in the recipient’s local time zone. Sunday deliveries are available during peak seasons like Valentine’s Day and Mother’s Day.

Yes — available in select areas for orders placed before pm. Simply enter your postcode at checkout to confirm availability. Same-day delivery carries a small additional fee which will be shown clearly before you complete your order.

Every arrangement travels in our signature kraft box with water-filled stem tubes to keep blooms perfectly fresh in transit. The packaging is thoughtfully designed to protect your flowers while looking beautiful enough to present exactly as delivered.
